Who created the Rowshan Method ?
It was developed by Arthur Rowshan, an expert in hypnosis and tobacco dependence after researching the methods of those who stopped smoking naturally without willpower, weight gain nor anxiety.
 

Does it involve drugs or mediations?
No. You will not be given any medications, drugs, supplements, etc. The method is completely, 100% natural.

So what does it involve exactly ?
The Rowshan Method is a combination of the most advanced deep relaxation techniques, the power of your own mind and the application of small biomagnets.

Are there any secondary effects ?
No. The method is 100% natural, so it is free of side effects.

Will I gain weight ?
No. People gain weight because they substitute food for cigarettes. Since the Rowshan Method does not rely on will power, you will not find yourself doing this. What's more, you will more likely lose weight because you will be healthier and have more energy for physical activities.

Are there tactics to scare me or create an aversion to smoking ?

How can I prepare before coming to the session ?
We only ask that you come with a firm decision to stop smoking and an open mind. You must refrain from smoking, cigarette patches and nicotine gum for 24 hours prior your appointment. It is also required that you not drink alcoholic beverages beforehand.

What is involved in the sessions ?
The session is one on one with Parvaneh Angus. During the first part you will be asked a few relevant questions to better understand your unique personal smoking habit. In the second part, you will lie down comfortably on a massage chair and enjoy deep relaxation while small biomagnets are applied. People who have attended the sessions describe it as a deeply relaxing and enjoyable experience.

How long is the session ?
In total the session lasts about an hour.

Why is it so difficult to stop smoking ?
Smoking is a subconscious belief, totally outside of our conscious domain. If it weren't stopping would be as easy as deciding to. But instead it is as if the behaviour of smoking were an 'automatic program' run by the subconscious. Conscious efforts are mostly futile and at times serve to only further reinforce the belief.
